Browser extensions

Calendly browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge make scheduling easier and help you save time. You can manage your meetings, event types, and contacts all in one place.

If you're using Outlook on desktop, try the Calendly Outlook add-in that works much like the browser extension.

Install the extension

Download the Calendly browser extension from the Integrations & Apps page in your Calendly account.

Follow the instructions for your browser:

After the extension is installed, it appears in your browser toolbar and works on any tab. Make sure to pin the Calendly icon to your toolbar so it’s always visible and easy to access.

Using the extension

At the top of the extension, click + Create to set up a new event type, one-off meeting, or meeting poll. This option is always available across all tabs.

Meetings tab

Use the Meetings tab to manage your upcoming and past Calendly meetings.

  • Join, reschedule, or cancel upcoming meetings.
  • Click a meeting to view more details, including contact info and invitee responses.
  • For past meetings, mark a no-show or schedule a follow-up.

Scheduling tab

Use the Scheduling tab to view your event types and take these actions:

You can also use the Copy link button on each event type card to copy the standard booking link.

To access more options, click the three-dots-icon.png three dots on an event type card. You can edit the event type, manage its internal note, or favorite it to pin it at the top of your list.

Contacts tab

Use the Contacts tab to manage the contacts you've scheduled in Calendly. You can:

  • View meeting history for each contact.
  • Book meetings or share availability directly from the contact card.
  • Add new contacts manually.
  • Favorite contacts to pin them at the top of your list for easy access.

Extension settings

To manage settings, open the extension and click the Calendly icon, then choose Settings. From here, you can turn on or off the floating button, keyword detection, and extension integrations.
