Managing relationships with Contacts
Calendly’s Contacts feature helps you better manage and prepare for meetings with your most important business relationships. You can track key contact details, prepare for upcoming meetings, review meeting history, and schedule follow-ups all in one place.
Contacts make it easier to:
- Show up prepared: View contact and meeting details — like invitee info and past meetings — all in one place.
- Schedule follow-ups fast: Book a new meeting right from a contact’s profile or share your availability.
- Keep details current: Calendly updates each contact’s profile when you schedule, so you always have the latest info.
- Keep in touch fast: (Paid plans) Email your contacts directly with or without sending them a booking link.
Quick view with hover cards
When you hover over a contact’s name, a small card appears with their email, phone number, LinkedIn, and time zone. From the card, you can also book a meeting, share availability, or send an email. View details faster and take action at a glance.

Frequently asked questions
- Go to the Meetings page.
- Filter the meetings you want in your report based on date, team member, etc.
- In the top right corner, select Export.
A CSV file will download automatically, or you'll receive an email with the file.
This export will include invitee name, contact details, and other relevant information.
