Calendly for Chrome
With Calendly's Chrome extension, you'll be able to create a unique event invitation for that special prospect, candidate or customer. Invitees can view personalized availability without having to click through a link.
Simply choose the times you want to offer and embed them into the body of an email. This is an exclusive invitation that can only be booked once, giving you the opportunity to offer more flexibility to your most valuable clients or colleagues.
I want the invitation to work once so that only one person can schedule with me. Can Calendly for Chrome do that?
Yes! When you pick spots and add them to an email (or generate a link), this creates a one-time invitation. Once a meeting is scheduled, the invitation will no longer work.
I want to offer times to my invitee but Calendly won’t let me pick times that overlap with my calendar events. Is there a way around this?
Yes! Soon with Calendly for Chrome you’ll be able to create an adhoc meeting invitation that ignores your connected calendar’s busy times. This means you’ll be able to offer the best times for that super important prospect or client.
Can I add more people to an invitation?
Adhoc meetings are currently designed for 1 to 1 meetings.
What if I just want a link? I don't want to embed spots in my email.
You can do that! Click 'Save and create link' and it will generate a link that you can copy and paste anywhere you'd like.
I'd like to cancel an invitation that I already shared. How do I do that?
Log into your Calendly account. Open the top navigation dropdown menu. As an approved beta program participant, you will see an option for "Pending Adhoc Invitations" that allows you to view your open invitations. You can open any of these and click Cancel.
Can I manage all of my event types in Calendly for Chrome?
You won’t be able to manage your event types directly in the Chrome extension at this time, but soon you will be able to view a list of your event types so that you have quicker access to copying those links.
How much does it cost?
Calendly for Chrome’s powerful scheduling functionality will be free for all users up to a certain number of meetings per month. For unlimited scheduling, team scheduling features and integrations, users will need to subscribe to the Premium plan.
