The Admin Center lets you manage users, groups, and settings across your organization. You can access the Admin Center from the left sidebar in your Calendly account.
It's available to owners, admins, and group admins (with limited access). Everyone else will only see the organization directory.
Dashboard
See an overview of your organization's activity, including:
- Pending invites
- Users missing integrations
- Meetings scheduled last week
Organization settings
- Users - Add or remove users, assign roles, and resend invitations.
- Groups - Organize users into groups, assign group admins, and manage group members.
- Login - Use single sign-on, user provisioning, and domain control to manage how users log in.
- Billing - Manage invoices, payment methods, and your subscription plan.
- Security - Review data deletion settings and the activity log.
Scheduling settings
- Permissions - Control who can manage shared event types, workflows, and invitations.
- Branding - Customize your org's name and scheduling page logo.
- Managed events - Set up event type templates and assign them to users or groups.
- Managed workflows - Set up workflow templates and assign them to users or groups.
