IMPORTANT UPDATE: COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Virtual meetings have become essential as more people are working and learning from home than ever before. With that in mind, we've added our Zoom and and GoToMeeting integrations to our Basic plan so all Calendly users can access these features for free, indefinitely.

Connect Calendly and Zoom to generate a dynamic conferencing link for any of your event types. Invitees will receive location details in the confirmation notification after scheduling with you. The unique link will appear within the event details on your Scheduled Events tab and under My Meetings page in Zoom.

Connecting your Zoom account
To connect, the Zoom account admin must search for Calendly on the App Marketplace. Locate the Pre-Approve toggle and enable it, then click Visit Site to Install to return to Calendly and finalize the connection.
Choose Zoom as the location to any of your event types to have a dynamic conference link generated for each meeting. Invitees will receive the complete meeting details in their confirmation notification after scheduling with you.
Personal event types
Visit the Event Types tab on your Home page and open the event you would like to edit. Expand the What event is this? section and click to add Zoom as the location of the event. The location details will be included in event notifications sent to you and your invitees, so everyone will know where your meeting will take place.
NOTE: Users subscribed to Zoom's free Basic meeting plan can host meetings up to 40 minutes. Upgrade to Zoom's Pro meeting plan to host longer meetings.
Team event types
Navigate to the All Teams view on your Home page. Open the event you would like to edit, and expand the Team Members & Location section. Each user on your organization must personally connect their own Zoom account to Calendly before it can be used as their location for team event types.
NOTE: Opting to use a single Zoom account for all Calendly users on your organization may result in overlapping meetings and detract from your customer experience.
One user assigned to a collective event type will be chosen as the organizer, and the meeting will be hosted through their Zoom account. You can manually reassign the organizer as long as another user has their Zoom account integrated with Calendly.
Dial-in numbers
Zoom users can offer invitees a dial-in number in addition to the web conferencing link for each event scheduled. For international numbers, visit your My Meeting Settings and navigate to the Telephone tab within Zoom. If you select multiple countries, a link will be displayed in the invitee notification leading to their dial-in options.
How to use your Zoom Personal Meeting ID for all Calendly meetings
If you prefer to use your Zoom Personal Meeting ID for all scheduled meetings instead of a unique meeting link being automatically generated per scheduled Calendly meeting, you can enable Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting in your Zoom account settings on the web.
To use your Personal Meeting ID for all scheduled meetings, log in and view your Zoom account settings, then switch on the Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting button.
Note: Because the meeting link will be the same for all scheduled meetings, using your Zoom Personal Meeting ID may cause back-to-back scheduled meetings to overlap and participants from two separate meetings to be on the same call. Since Participants will have access to your Personal Meeting ID, they'll be able to "pop into" meetings in the future at anytime.
