If you're trying to connect Zoom to Calendly and see a Request pre-approve message, this means your Zoom account requires admin approval before apps can be installed.
Some Zoom accounts are configured to restrict third-party app installations. In these cases, a Zoom admin must approve the Calendly app before users can complete the connection.
For Zoom users
If you see a Request pre-approve message while connecting Zoom to Calendly, click Request pre-approve. This sends a notification to your Zoom admin asking them to approve Calendly for Zoom in the Zoom App Marketplace.
What happens next:
- Your Zoom admin will receive a request to review and approve the app.
- Until approval is granted, you will continue to see the pre-approval message and won't be able to complete the connection.
If you're not sure who your Zoom admin is, contact your IT team for help.
If you're also a Zoom admin, you can approve the app yourself by following the steps below.
