Meet the new Scheduling page

Beta

These features are currently in private beta and available to a limited group of users.

We’ve redesigned the Event Types page into a more flexible Scheduling page to bring all your scheduling tools into one place.

Alongside this update, we’ve introduced a few enhancements to help you work faster and give invitees more options without adding more work for you.

What’s new on the Scheduling page

The Scheduling page has been redesigned with three tabs to help you access and manage your scheduling tools more efficiently:

  • Event types for managing your standard scheduling links.
  • Single-use links for tracking and managing one-time booking links.
  • Meeting polls for viewing and managing group availability polls.

Event types

In the new Event types tab, hover over an event type card to access these actions:

  • Calendar Add.png  Book meeting: Instantly schedule a meeting on your calendar.
  • Mail Send Envelope.png  Offer time slots: Select and share specific times with invitees.
    • The Add times to email option is now called Offer time slots, making it easier to send specific time options to invitees.
  • share-arrow-icon.png Share availability: Email your booking link directly from Calendly using your Gmail or Outlook account. Available for users on paid plans.
  • SingleUseLink-icon.png  Create single-use link: Set up a one-time link that expires after it's booked.

You can also use the copy-link-icon.png Copy link button on each event type card to copy the standard booking link.

Looking to embed Calendly on your website? The Add to website option now lives under the three-dots-icon.png three dots on the event type card. This option was previously in the Share menu.

To view your booking page, open the same three-dots-icon.png three dots menu and select View booking page. This was previously shown directly on the card.

Single-use links

Single-use links now have their own tab and editor, making it easier to create and manage those meetings. The Customize once and share feature has been merged into single-use links.

With this update, you’ll see:

  • A new editor you can use to customize links before sharing them.
  • One-off meetings are now located in this tab.
  • Link statuses: Created, Viewed, Booked, or Expired.

Meeting polls

Meeting polls now have their own tab, making it easier to find and manage your polls in one place.

With this update, you’ll see:

  • A direct link to view meeting details once a poll is booked.
  • Link statuses: Created, Booked, or Expired.

Add multiple durations to an event type

If you're on a paid plan, you can now add multiple durations to a single event type. This gives invitees more options without needing separate links.

This update applies to all events except Group events. When editing, you can choose from preset times or enter a custom duration.
