How to add Calendly to your LinkedIn profile

Both new and existing Calendly users can add their scheduling links to their LinkedIn profiles, allowing visitors to easily book meetings. If you're a LinkedIn Premium user, you can even set up a Book an appointment button so that visitors and potential clients can schedule meetings with you as they browse your LinkedIn profile.

What's next?

If you signed up for a new Calendly account through your LinkedIn Premium account, here are some next steps to help you get the most out of your new account:

Your free trial

As a new Calendly user, you'll receive a free 14-day trial period of our Teams plan, giving you the opportunity to explore many of Calendly’s paid features.

Once your trial period ends, you will automatically be placed on our Free plan. From your Calendly home page, the left-most One-on-one event type will remain active, while all other event types will be turned off. If you want to turn on multiple event types again or access additional features, you can easily upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

If your Calendly link is disconnected from the LinkedIn Book an appointment button, you can easily reassign it by navigating to your LinkedIn profile, editing the Book an appointment button settings, and pasting your active Calendly meeting link.
