What if my meeting has already been scheduled?

Your settings are locked in at the time of booking for each scheduled meeting. Changing the location of a meeting once it has been scheduled requires utilizing your Meetings page. In the event that you are needing to change the location of a meeting that has already been scheduled, you would need to do the following:

  1. Go into your Event type settings and ensure you have changed the overall event type location.
  2. Once this has been done, navigate to your Calendly account Meetings page.
  3. Find the meeting you want to update and reschedule it for the same date and time, but with the new location added.
