Tracking and reporting

Tracking conversions

You can track conversions using Calendly's Google Analytics or Meta Pixel integrations, or by redirecting invitees to an external site after scheduling.

To track conversions directly in Calendly, add UTM parameters to your scheduling links. These customized links let you see which campaign sources drive the most scheduling traffic. For example, a summer campaign link might look like this:

Calendly.com/YOURLINK?utm_campaign=summer&utm_source=facebook

When invitees schedule through a unique link, Calendly tracks the parameters you've set. You can view this data by filtering your Meetings page. For more details, check out this article.

How to filter your Meetings page

Use this procedure to filter your events. If you're an organization owner or admin, you can also view events for others in your organization.

  1. On your Home page, select Meetings.
  2. Select Upcoming, Pending, or Past, or select Date Range and specify a range of dates.
  3. To narrow your meetings, open the Filter menu and choose your options.

How to export event details

After filtering your events, you can export those details into a report. Select Export in the upper-right corner, and a CSV file will be downloaded to your device.

This report contains a wide array of information, including:

  • invitee name, time zone, and contact information
  • event type, date, and location
  • UTM and Salesforce data
  • whether the invitee accepted marketing emails (for GDPR)
  • payment information from our Stripe and Paypal integrations
