Tracking and reporting

Tracking conversions

You can track conversions in Calendly using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or by redirecting invitees to an external page after they book.

To track conversions directly in Calendly, add UTM parameters to your scheduling links. These tags help you see which campaigns bring in the most scheduling traffic.

For example, you could set up a summer campaign with this link:

calendly.com/YOURLINK?utm_campaign=summer&utm_source=facebook

When someone books through this custom link, Calendly records the UTM data. You can filter your Meetings page to view results.

Note

Calendly doesn’t provide IP address data for past meetings. For additional tracking, you can connect tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Zapier.

Custom tracking on the Calendly embed

If you’ve embedded Calendly on your site, you can trigger custom actions using JavaScript. Calendly’s embed sends message events to the parent window during the booking flow.

Export meeting data

You can view and export your organization’s meeting data in a CSV file for detailed reporting. The export includes:

  • Invitee name, contact details, and time zone
  • Event type, date, and location
  • UTM parameters and Salesforce data
  • Marketing email consent status (for GDPR)
  • Payment details from Stripe and PayPal integrations

To export:

  1. Go to the Meetings page.
  2. Filter the meetings you want in your report based on date, team member, etc.
  3. In the top right corner, select Export.
  4. A CSV file will download automatically, or you'll receive an email with the file.
