Certain privacy laws, such as GDPR and CCPA, provide people with rights and control over how their personal data is processed. These rights are often called data subject rights or consumer rights. As a customer, when you use the Calendly Services, the people whose data you collect, process, store or interact with – such as your invitees, contacts, meeting attendees and other people are generally considered your data subjects.

The right of access |
The data subject’s right to know what data you have about them and how you are using that data. The contacts tab generally lists your data subjects that are stored within the Calendly app. Depending on what Calendly Services you are using, there may be additional data stored about that subject in other locations within the Calendly app. For example, if you have scheduled a meeting with a data subject, that meeting will be listed in your meetings tab. To fulfill this request, you can export your meeting details, filter, and provide the resulting data to your data subject |
The right to rectification ('right to correction') |
The data subject’s right to correct inaccurate information you hold about them. Within the contacts tab, Calendly provides the ability to update information you have about your data subjects. |
The right of erasure (the 'right to be forgotten') |
The data subject’s right to have their data deleted. You can delete a data subject’s information by following the instructions in this article. Depending on Calendly Services you are using, you may have additional data associated with that person, such as meeting history, meeting recording, or email. Calendly provides functionality to delete this information, however, you may need to delete the entries individually. |
The right to restrict processing |
The data subject’s right to restrict further processing of their data, either temporarily or permanently. Calendly can attempt to assist if you contact us. Alternatively, in some cases, you can ask the data subject if you can simply delete their information. |
The right to data portability |
The data subject’s right to receive the data concerning them. To fulfill this request, you can follow the information provided in “the right to access” section above. |
The right to object |
The data subject’s right to object to a certain type (or all types) of processing of their data. Calendly can attempt to assist if you contact us. Alternatively, in some cases, you can ask the data subject if you can simply delete their information.
