How to manage a contact

Easily manage your contacts in Calendly by favoriting, editing, reviewing meeting history, or removing contacts. This article will help you keep your contact list organized and up to date.

How to favorite a contact

Favorite a contact to add them to your Favorites list, making it easier to find them later.

  1. Navigate to the Contacts page.
  2. Select the star icon next to the contact you want to favorite.

Once selected, the contact will appear in your Favorites list. To remove them, select the star icon again.

How to edit a contact

  1. Navigate to the Contacts page.
  2. Select the three dots menu next to the contact you want to edit.
  3. Select Edit from the menu.
  4. Update the contact details.   
  5. When finished, select Save contact.

Note

If a contact changes their email address, you won’t be able to update this field after the contact is created. You’ll need to create a new contact in Calendly.

How to review a contact's meetings

  1. Navigate to the Contacts page.
  2. Select the name of the contact whose meeting history you want to review.
  3. In the Meeting history section of the contact card, select View all.

You'll be taken to your Meetings page, which will show only that contact's meetings.

How to remove a contact

  1. Navigate to the Contacts page.
  2. Select the three dots menu next to the contact you want to remove.
  3. Select Remove from the menu.
  4. On the confirmation screen, click Remove to confirm.

Note

Removing a contact will not delete that invitee's information. To fully delete an invitee's information, you will need to submit a data deletion request.
