Keep your contact list organized by editing contact details, reviewing meeting history, or deleting contacts. This article shows you how to manage your contacts step by step.
Edit a contact
- Go to the Contacts page.
- Select the contact you want to schedule.
- Select the pencil icon in the top right corner.
- Update the contact details.
- Select Save when you're done.
Note
You can’t change a contact’s email address after it's created. To use a new email address, create a new contact.
Review a contact's meetings
- Go to the Contacts page.
- Select the contact you want to schedule.
- Expand the Upcoming and recent interactions tab.
Delete a contact
- Go to the Contacts page.
- Select the contact you want to schedule.
- Select the pencil icon in the top right corner.
- Select Delete at the bottom of the page.
- On the confirmation screen, select Delete again to confirm.
Note
Deleting a contact won’t remove their information from Calendly. To fully delete their data, submit a data deletion request.
