As an admin, you can manage Workflows for all event types, including Managed Events. You can also control which members can create, edit, and delete Workflows in your organization.
Workflows for Managed Events
Owners and admins on the Teams and Enterprise plans can create, update, and lock Managed Workflows for Managed Events that are assigned to users in the organization. To learn more, check out this article.
Workflows for personal event types
Follow these steps to manage Workflows for a user:
- Go to the Workflows page.
- Open the My Calendly dropdown menu.
- Select the user you want to manage.
- Create or edit their Workflows.

- Create or edit the Workflow for the shared event type.
