Manage your Calendly subscription and billing details easily from your organization's Billing page. This guide will help with changes to your plan or billing info. For account deletion, check out this article.
How to change or cancel your plan
From your Calendly home page:
- Navigate to the Admin Center and select Billing.
- On your Billing page, select Change plan, then Upgrade/Downgrade.

Choose the plan that best suits your scheduling needs.
- You can cancel your subscription by switching to Calendly's free plan.

Teams customers on an annual plan are eligible for tiered pricing. As your team grows beyond 30 seats, the average price per user will automatically go down. You can upgrade or add seats from your Calendly billing page and view a transparent cost breakdown before purchasing.
Note
Calendly charges for all seats on your account, even if they’re not being used. For example, if you have 5 seats and 4 active users, you’ll pay for all 5, whether they’re filled or not.

Downgrade details:
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you'll retain your existing plan's features until the downgrade occurs.
- During the upgrade or downgrade process, you can also add or remove seats, and change your billing information.
- If you change your mind, you can undo a scheduled downgrade from the banner located at the top of your billing page.

How to change your billing information
Paying Calendly customers can update their credit card, billing address, or tax info anytime from the Billing page.
To update your credit card:
- Navigate to your Billing page.
- Under Billing information, click Edit payment details.
- Enter your new credit card information and select Update.

If you are currently paying via PayPal and want to update your payment method, please contact support.
To update your billing address:
- Navigate to your Billing page.
- Under Billing information, click Edit billing address.
- Enter your updated billing address and select Update.
To update your tax information:
If your organization is located outside of the United States and you have a tax identification number, review this article on how to update your tax ID.
To change your billing cycle from monthly to yearly:
- Navigate to your Billing page.
- Under Next bill, select Switch to annual and confirm your changes.
