Manage your Calendly subscription, seats, and billing information directly from your organization's Billing page. Whether you're changing your plan, seats, or billing details, this guide will walk you through the process. For account cancelation steps, see this article.
How to upgrade or downgrade your account
From your Calendly home page:
- Navigate to the Admin Center and select Billing.
- On your Billing page, select Change plan, then Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Choose the plan that best suits your scheduling needs.
You can also switch to Calendly's free plan. If you want to delete your account and remove all data from Calendly, see the instructions here.
Downgrade details:
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you'll retain your existing plan's features until the downgrade occurs.
- During the upgrade or downgrade process, you can also add or remove seats, and change your billing information.
- If you change your mind, you can undo this action.

How to add or remove seats
Teams customers on an annual plan are eligible for tiered pricing. As your team grows beyond 30 seats, the average price per user will automatically go down. You can upgrade or add seats from your Calendly billing page and view a transparent cost breakdown before purchasing.
From your Calendly home page:
- Navigate to the Admin Center and select Billing.
- On your Billing page, underYour Subscription, select Add seats or Remove seats.
- Enter the number of seats you'd like to adjust. The changes to your bill will update on this screen.

Confirm by selecting Add seats or Remove seats.
- Select Update to finalize your changes.
Changing your account's billing information
If you're a paying Calendly customer, you can update your credit card information and adjust the number of users on your account at any time from your Billing page.
Note
If you are updating billing information and currently paying via PayPal, please contact support.
To change your credit card:
- Navigate to your Billing page.
- Under Billing information, click Edit payment details.
- Enter your new credit card information and select Update.
To update your billing address:
- Navigate to your Billing page.
- Under Billing information, click Edit billing address.
- Enter your updated billing address and select Update.
To change your billing cycle from monthly to yearly:
- Navigate to your Billing page.
- Under Next bill, select Switch to annual and confirm your changes.
