Learn how to connect more calendars and email accounts in Calendly to save time and avoid double bookings.
Connect more than one calendar
Calendly checks all your connected calendars to help you avoid being double booked. The number of calendars you can connect depends on your plan — between one and six. Check our Pricing page to see what your plan includes.
If your plan allows more than one calendar, follow the steps in How to connect your calendar to add another.
Only allowed to connect one calendar? You can still see events from other calendars by sharing them with the one you've connected. Be sure to share with read and write access so Calendly can view them.

Note
You can’t link specific event types to different calendars. Calendar connections apply to all event types. If you need more control, consider adding another user to your Calendly organization.
Check multiple users’ calendars
Calendly supports several ways to schedule with teams. Choose what works best for your setup:
- Assign events by availability using Round Robin or priority order
- Let invitees choose who they want to meet with
- Pool availability so invitees can only book when all hosts are free
- Schedule with groups of hosts
See more in our multi-user scheduling guide.
Send notifications to more email addresses
By default, Calendly sends notifications to the email address you use to log in. If you're on the Standard plan or higher, you can use a Workflow to send notifications to others using the Email someone else option.
If you’re not using Workflows, you can forward notifications using your email settings.
For Gmail users:
- Add a forwarding address in Gmail settings.
- Create a filter.
- Filter by sender: notifications@calendly.com and no-reply@calendly.com.
- (Optional) Filter by event title in the subject line.
For Outlook users:
Set up a forwarding rule in Outlook Web App. If you're using Outlook on your desktop, the steps may be different depending on your version.
