How to manage contacts on mobile

Use the Calendly mobile app to view who you’re meeting with, check notes and scheduling history, and book follow-ups — all in one place.

Note

You can’t edit or remove contacts in the mobile app. To make changes, use the web app.

Create a contact

  1. Tap the + icon on the home screen.
  2. Select Create new contact.
  3. Enter the contact’s name and email.
  4. (Optional) Add a phone number and time zone.
  5. Tap Save and continue.

Share availability

  1. Tap the Contacts icon on the home screen.
  2. Select the person you want to meet with.
  3. Tap Share availability.
  4. Choose an event.
  5. Tap Share link.
  6. Select how you want to share it (text, email, etc.).

Review a Contact’s Meetings

  1. Tap the Contacts icon on the home screen.
  2. Select the person whose meetings you want to review.
  3. Scroll to Meeting History to see past meetings.

Mark a No-Show

  1. Tap the Contacts icon on the home screen.
  2. Select the person you want to update.
  3. Choose the missed meeting.
  4. (For group meetings) Tap the contact who didn’t attend.
  5. Tap Mark as no-show at the bottom.
