Before you begin
If you are looking to make adjustments to your Calendly subscription, you can do so by navigating to the Billing page within your Admin center.
Where to edit your account settings
To open your account settings:
- Select the photo/icon in the upper right hand corner of your homepage.
- Select Profile.
Account settings sections
Your account settings are used to manage your personal account preferences within Calendly. These settings include:

Account logo
- Add a logo to all of your personal Calendly scheduling pages.
- As the Owner, you can also choose to apply this logo to all users in your organization.

Phone numbers for SMS Workflows

Email notifications when added to meeting types
- Choose if you would like to receive an email when someone adds you as a host to a shared or managed meeting type.

Calendar settings
Connecting your calendar to Calendly helps you stay organized and avoid scheduling conflicts. With this connection, Calendly blocks out times you’ve marked as busy, so you’re only available when you want to be. Plus, all your Calendly meetings will automatically appear in your calendar, keeping everything in one place and making scheduling seamless.
