How to set the meeting location on mobile

Use Calendly’s mobile app to choose a meeting location for your event type. This helps you manage your meetings while on the go.

Before you begin

First, connect your video conferencing tool on the Integrations & apps page.

Set a meeting location

1. From the mobile homepage, select the event type you want to edit.
2. Tap Edit meeting type.
3. Tap Location.
   
   • If you are adding an additional location, tap + Add a location option.
4. Choose your preferred location from the list.
5. Tap Save.

Note for group events

For group event types, you can’t change the location after someone schedules it. To update the location, clone the event type and set a new location in the clone.
