What are no-shows?
Use Calendly’s no-show feature to mark whether someone attended a meeting.
If you're on the Standard plan or higher, you can combine reconfirmation Workflows with the no-show feature to track whether invitees stay engaged before and after your meeting. Invitees marked as no-shows won’t receive any scheduled post-meeting messages, like a thank-you follow-up.
Mark an invitee as a no-show
- Go to your Meetings page.
- Find the meeting and open the Details.
- Select Mark no-show under the meeting details.
- Confirm the no-show.
A red icon will show next to the invitee’s name to mark them as a no-show.
Additional notes
- Invitees marked as no-shows won’t receive any post-meeting Workflows or email follow-ups.
- The No Show button appears only after the meeting’s scheduled start time.
- No-show status is included in your Meetings CSV export.
- You can undo a no-show if you change your mind.
- For Group event types, you can mark each invitee as a no-show individually.
