You can share your scheduling link using the mobile app. Options include copying the link, emailing or texting it, creating a QR code, and more.
Before you begin
Calendly adds your default message when you send a link by email or text. Want to change it? Edit your message before you start.
How to share your link
- From the Home tab, tap the event you want to share.
- Choose from these options:
- Copy link - copies the link to your device, then you can paste it into a message
- Create single-use link - creates a link that expires after one booking to prevent multiple invitees from scheduling with you
- More share options - see the additional menu options below
- In More share options, you can:
- Copy link
- Send email
- Send text
- Create QR code
- Share via other apps
