How to add a phone number to your account

Using Workflows, you can send text messages to yourself as the meeting host. Stay up-to-date on your meetings and receive meeting reminders. 

Before you can create a Workflow with text messages, you'll need to add and verify your phone number:

  1. From your Account Settings page, select Communication settings.
  2. Enter your phone number into the box and click Send verification code.
  3. You will receive a text message with a numeric code.
  4. Enter the verification code into the boxes, and the page will automatically verify it.

Once the code is confirmed, the page will refresh with your phone number saved in your account. You can now select your phone number when creating a Workflow to send a text to yourself as the host.

If you have another phone number, you can select Add another number and follow the above steps.
