If you’re using an Android device and Calendly is installed under a work profile, follow these steps to ensure your experience runs smoothly:
Step 1 – Open the Play Store from your work profile
Your device may have separate Play Stores for personal and work profiles. Be sure you're accessing the Play Store from within your work profile.
Step 2 – Install a supported browser
Calendly requires a browser to open links and complete certain actions. If your work profile doesn't include a browser, you’ll need to install one:

From the work profile Play Store, search for a browser.

Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Note: If you're unable to install a browser, your organization may restrict downloads. Contact your work profile administrator for help enabling browser installation.
Step 3 – Open Calendly and resume using the app
Once the browser is installed, return to the Calendly app in your work profile and try your previous action again.
