How to set up mobile notifications for scheduled or changed events

Before you begin

Only Calendly users who have downloaded the mobile app can use this notification feature. Download the app from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store and log in using your Calendly account information.

Set up notifications

  1. From the mobile homepage, tap your Account icon in the top-right corner.
  2. On the Settings page, tap Notifications.
  3. If push notifications are off, tap the toggle to turn them on.
  4. Under Event Updates, choose which notifications to turn on or off:

    • New

    • Rescheduled

    • Reconfirmations

    • Cancellations

  5. Tap Save.
