This article covers how to edit, clone, or delete an existing Workflow using the three-dot menu next to each Workflow.
Note
If you do not see the three-dot menu, you may need to contact your owner or admin to update your permissions or make changes to your Workflows.
How to edit a Workflow
- From your Calendly home page, select Workflows.
- Locate the Workflow you want to edit and click the three-dot menu next to it.
- Select Edit and make your changes.
- Click Save.
How to clone a Workflow
- From your Calendly home page, select Workflows.
- Locate the Workflow you want to clone and click the three-dot menu next to it.
- Select Clone to create a copy of the Workflow.
- On the next page, you can edit the new Workflow, then click Save.
How to delete a Workflow
- From your Calendly home page, select Workflows.
- Locate the Workflow you want to clone and click the three-dot menu next to it.
- Select Delete, then click Continue to confirm.
Note
Deleting a Workflow will affect all event types it's applied to and can't be undone. Actions will no longer be triggered for applied event types and previously scheduled meetings.
