For invitees: What does this error mean?
If you see the message This calendar is currently unavailable while trying to schedule, it means the host’s calendar is temporarily disconnected.
Please contact the person who sent you the link for further assistance. They will need to resolve the issue on their end before you can schedule a meeting.
For Calendly users: Reconnect your calendar
If you see the error This calendar is currently unavailable in your account or a message stating, We could not access your [Calendar Name] for [your email], it means Calendly has lost access to your calendar.
This typically happens due to a password change, revoked permissions, or a temporary connection issue.
Follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Access the Calendar settings page:
- If you see the error on your scheduling page, follow the link provided in the message.
- If you log into Calendly, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Calendar settings page.
- Identify the disconnected calendar:
- On the Calendar settings page, the disconnected calendar will be listed.
- Reconnect or disconnect the calendar:
- Select Re-connect and follow the prompts to reauthorize Calendly’s access.
- Otherwise, select Continue without [Calendar Name] connection to remove the calendar. If needed, connect a new calendar.
