Customers on an Enterprise plan can request to delete multiple user accounts from their Calendly organization. This guide outlines how to securely submit a request for bulk user deletions.
Before you begin
- This bulk deletion process is only available for Enterprise plan customers.
- Deleted user accounts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
- The following users cannot be deleted:
- Calendly account owner
- Previously deleted users
- Users deactivated via SCIM
- Users currently being updated

- After deletion, all personally identifiable information (PII) will be removed from Calendly, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Submit the bulk deletion request
Download the template
- Make a copy of this spreadsheet template.
- The template includes a single column for entering email addresses.
Prepare your list
- Enter the email addresses of the users you want to delete into the spreadsheet.
- Verify each email address is in its own row within the designated column.
- Do not add any additional data or formatting to the spreadsheet.
Submit your request
- Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to submit your bulk deletion request.
- Attach the completed spreadsheet to your request.
- Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What's next?
We'll review your request and delete the user accounts once it's approved. You'll receive a confirmation once the deletion process is complete.
