In Calendly's mobile app for iOS, you can upgrade your account to a single seat Standard plan on a monthly billing cycle. This lets solo users on Apple devices unlock paid features directly from the mobile app.
Note
Calendly doesn't have access to Apple's billing system and will be unable to change your plan, update your payment information, or cancel subscriptions purchased through the iOS app directly.
Upgraded through the iOS app? To make changes, switch to a Calendly-managed subscription.
Before you begin
- In-app upgrades are available for solo users on a trial or the free plan.
- You will only be able to upgrade to a single seat Standard (monthly) plan using Apple's in-app purchase interface.
- To switch to a different plan or add more seats, you must cancel the Apple-managed subscription and sign up through Calendly directly.
- In-app upgrades are not supported for users in Canada at this time.
Upgrade your subscription from the mobile app
To upgrade your subscription from the iOS mobile app:
- Find and open the Calendly app on your device.
- Tap your Account icon in the upper-right corner, then select Account.
- From the account page, select Account Type.
- From here, you will be able to select the Standard Plan (Monthly) subscription.
- Click Subscribe. The Apple in-app interface will prompt you to complete your purchase and begin your monthly subscription.
Cancel your subscription from the mobile app
To cancel your subscription from the Calendly iOS mobile app:
- Find and open the Calendly app on your device.
- Tap your Account icon in the upper-right corner, then select Account.
- From the account page, select Account Type.
- From here, you will be able to manage your subscription through Apple directly.
Note: When canceling a subscription through Apple, the changes will go into effect at the end of the subscription term.
Switch to a Calendly managed subscription
If you want to add users or switch to a different plan, you'll need to cancel your Apple-managed subscription and sign up directly from calendly.com.
How to cancel an Apple-managed subscription
You can cancel your subscription by following the steps listed above or by going to Settings on your device, then select your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Calendly.

Once you've cancelled your Apple-managed subscription, you'll be downgraded to the free plan at the end of your subscription term. You may temporarily lose access to some features and event types. However, your account configurations will be restored once you purchase a new paid plan.
