How to manage contacts on mobile

View and manage who you’re meeting with, check notes and scheduling history, and book follow-ups — all from the Calendly mobile app.

Note

You can't edit or remove contacts in the mobile app. Use the web app to make changes

Create a contact

Calendly automatically creates a contact for anyone who schedules with you. You can also manually add contacts.

To create a contact:

  1. Tap the + icon on the home screen.
  2. Select Create new contact.
  3. Enter the contact’s name and email.
  4. (Optional) Add a phone number and timezone.
  5. Tap Save and continue.

Share availability

Share your scheduling link with a contact via text or email.

To share availability:

  1. Go to Contacts and select the person you want to meet.
  2. Tap Share availability.
  3. Choose the event.
  4. Tap Share link.
  5. Select how you want to share it (text, email, etc.).

Review a Contact’s Meetings

To view a contact’s meeting history:

  1. Go to Contacts.

  2. Select their name.

Mark a No-Show

To mark a missed meeting:

  1. Go to Contacts.

  2. Select the contact.

  3. Select the missed meeting.

  4. For group meetings, tap the contact who did not attend. 
  5. Tap Mark as no-show at the bottom.
