How to view your Workflows

You can see which Workflows are active for your event types and when email or text messages are sent for scheduled meetings. Use this guide to view Workflows, find which are applied to an event type, and check the timeline for each meeting.

View all Workflows

To view all Workflows for your account:

  1. Go to the Workflows page.
  2. You'll see both personal and admin-managed Workflows.
  3. If you're an admin, open the My Calendly dropdown to select a user or team page.

View Workflows for an Event Type

To find the Workflows connected to a specific Event Type:

  1. Go to the Scheduling page.
  2. Open the Event Type you want to check.
  3. Select More options > Notifications and Workflows.

To see when Workflows ran for a meeting:

  1. Go to the Meetings page.
  2. Select the scheduled meeting you want to review.
  3. Scroll to the Timeline section.
  4. Review when the meeting was booked, who booked it, and when each Workflow ran.

FAQ

Why are my invitees not receiving my Workflow emails or reminders? 

If your invitees aren't receiving Workflow emails or reminders, check the following: 

  • Confirm that the invitee entered their email address correctly. 
  • Review your Workflows activity to make sure that the Workflow triggered as expected. 
  • Ask the invitee to check their spam and trash folders.
