How to view your Workflows

View which Workflows are set up for your event types, and track the timeline of emails and texts sent for scheduled meetings.

How to view Workflows applied to each event type

You can view which Workflows are applied to each event type in two ways.

View all Workflows:

To see all your Workflows and event types at a glance, go to your Home page and select Workflows. This will show you your personal and admin-managed Workflows along with the actions for each event type.

View specific Workflows for an event type:

To see the Workflows applied to a specific event type, navigate to Notifications and workflows when editing the event type.

Beta

We've improved availability management and the event type editor, now in public beta for select users.

For users in the beta, select More options at the bottom of the event type editor, then expand the Notifications and workflows section to view applied Workflows.

How to view the timeline for scheduled meetings

The timeline shows when a new meeting is scheduled, the invitee who scheduled it, and when the Workflow ran for that meeting.

  1. From your Home page, select Meetings.
  2. Locate the scheduled meeting you want to view.
  3. Select Details to review the timeline.
