You can change your event’s duration anytime from your mobile device.
Before you begin
Changing an event type’s duration won’t update meetings that are already booked. To change those, reschedule them with the new time.
How to change the duration from your mobile device
- From the mobile homepage, select the event type you want to edit.
- Tap View event type details.
- Tap the current Duration.
- Choose a new duration.
- If your preferred time isn’t listed, select Custom and enter your own.
- Tap Done to save your changes.
Note for group events
For group event types, you can’t change the duration after someone schedules it. To update the time, clone the event type and set a new duration in the clone.
