Domain Control with Calendly

Domain Control centralizes admin oversight for managing Calendly users, enforcing security policies, and simplifying onboarding for your organization.

What to expect

  • Complete account visibility: Review any existing accounts associated with your domain.
  • Faster onboarding and fewer support tickets: Send employees to your Enterprise account. This way, it is already set up with what they need (Managed events, Salesforce integrations, etc.)
  • Secure and scalable scheduling: Ensure users follow your IT policies (like single sign-on) and all company activity stays in one auditable location.

Secure your domain and standardize your account

Prevent unapproved accounts

Enabling domain control prevents the creation of new accounts without approval. Once turned on, new users using your domain in Calendly will need to request access. The request will need approval before the user takes further action.

Control over access

With our domain control options, you can direct requests to join to a specific person, email, or URL. You can also lock the domain from use, denying any new users from signing up with it.

  • A user can still join Calendly after denial, but they will need to use a different email address.
