Overview
Calendly’s in-app analytics provide detailed insights into your organization’s scheduling trends, helping owners and admins track data up to one year.
Access and customize your dashboard
Access the Analytics dashboard by selecting the Analytics button in the left sidebar. Your dashboard will display your organization’s event data and detailed user data.
Hover and click on data in widgets like Popular Times for more insights. For more details on any widget, select the i icon. You can also access additional options by selecting the three dots in the top-right corner of some widgets.
You can also customize the dashboard by selecting the Customize button at the top, where you can choose which widgets appear.
Filter and view analytics
Use the date range and filters buttons at the top of the dashboard to filter your data by date, users, teams, groups, and event types. To find data on shared event types, filter by the event host's name.
If you are a Calendly user (not an owner or admin), you can only view your personal event data. Admins do not have a toggle to view themselves as users, but they can filter by their own name in the organization’s analytics dashboard to see their data.
Routing Form analytics
If your organization is on our Teams plan or higher, you can access Routing Form analytics.
Owners and admins can access the Routing tab to track the journey from form submissions to scheduled meetings. Form submissions can be from Calendly, Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot.
Export data
Owners and admins can export event data and employee data. At the top of your dashboard, select Export to download your data as two separate CSV files.
