Calendly can turn off all SMS messages to help your organization stay compliant with privacy rules. Once SMS is turned off, no messages will send, even if reminders or workflows already include them.
If you'd like to disable SMS, contact your Calendly customer success manager.
What happens when SMS is turned off
When SMS messaging is turned off, users may no longer see SMS-related features or may see messaging that explains the feature has been turned off.
Here’s what to expect:
- You can't add new SMS actions to any Workflow.
- Existing SMS actions stay in your Workflows, but they won't work.
- Text reminders for basic notifications are also turned off.
