Get Calendly approved by your Webex admin
If you see an Access denied message when connecting Webex, your Webex admin must approve Calendly in the Webex Control Hub.
Your Webex admin can follow Webex's guide to enable one of these options:
- Approve Global Access to all apps
- Approve access to just Calendly (requires Webex Pro Pack)

What Webex data does Calendly store?
Calendly stores:
- Webex meeting details to show as the location in your Calendly meeting.
- Webex user details to link the right Webex and Calendly users.
- Encrypted access and refresh tokens to keep your Webex connection active.
Calendly does not store or view your Webex recordings.
