How to change the authenticated Salesforce user

Follow these steps to update the user connected to your company’s Salesforce account.

For example, if the original user who installed the Calendly package has left the company, another Salesforce user will need to connect.

You can check who’s currently connected on the Salesforce Integration page.

Before you begin

  • The new user must be a Salesforce Admin or have permission to Author Apex and Modify All Data.

  • The update must be made by a Calendly owner or admin. If the new Salesforce user isn’t one, they’ll need help from someone who is.

Change the connected user

  1. Go to your Salesforce Integration page.

  2. Select Disconnect.

  3. Once the page refreshes, select Connect Salesforce.

  4. Enter the new Salesforce credentials to complete the connection.
