If someone misuses your booking links or repeatedly books unwanted meetings, you can block them in Calendly.
Blocking someone helps prevent future bookings from that source. You can also view and manage blocked sources from your account settings at any time.
Block someone from a meeting
You can block someone from an upcoming or past meeting within 90 days of the meeting date.
- Go to the Meetings page and select the meeting.
- Under Details, find the person you want to block.
- Select the
three dots next to their name, then choose:
- Block invitee (for an upcoming meeting), or
- Block attendee (for a past meeting)
- Complete the form.
- Select Submit.
You’ll see a confirmation message when the block is complete.
Note
If the Block invitee or Block attendee option isn’t available in your meeting details, follow the steps in Report Abuse to Calendly instead.
What happens after you block someone
- Any upcoming non-group meetings with this source are canceled and removed from your calendar.
- Calendly prevents future bookings from this source.
