Mutual availability overview

When visiting another Calendly user's booking page, you can view mutual availability on the right-hand side.

This feature shows your upcoming meetings alongside your host’s availability, with green dots highlighting times when you’re both free to meet.

How to schedule with mutual availability

  1. Log into your Calendly account and visit the link your host shared.
  2. Select a date. Your host's available times will appear on the left, while your upcoming meetings display on the right.
  3. Look for green dots indicating when you’re both free.
  4. To view the calendars Calendly is using for your availability, select the information icon next to your name.
  5. Choose a time, review your details, and confirm the meeting. Calendly will notify your host and add the event to your calendar.

Time format settings

Your calendar displays in either a 12-hour (am/pm) or 24-hour format based on your account settings. If your host’s time format differs, you can adjust how their times are displayed by toggling the time zone setting on their booking page.
