Connect Calendly with Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) to track how visitors from your Facebook ads interact with your booking page. This helps you measure ad performance and track important actions like form submissions and scheduled events.
For example, you can:
- Track visits and actions on your Calendly booking page
- Measure conversions from Meta ads to Calendly events
Before you begin
You’ll need:
- A Facebook Business Page
- Calendly administrator access
- Your Meta Pixel ID

Connect Meta Pixel to Calendly
- In Calendly, go to Integrations & apps and select Meta Pixel.
- Select Go to Setup.
- Enter your Meta Pixel ID.
- Select Save.
What Calendly events will Pixel track?
Once connected, your Pixel will track these invitee actions:

Confirm your Pixel is working
- In Facebook’s Events section, activate your Pixel and send test traffic.
- Install the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension.
- Visit your Calendly page. The extension will show tracked events and any errors.
Note: Events may take a few minutes to show in Meta Event Manager after testing.
Disconnect Meta Pixel from Calendly
- In Calendly, go to Integrations and select Meta Pixel.
- Select Disconnect.
- Confirm by selecting Disconnect again.

- Firefox may block Pixels by default. For best results, recommend visitors use a browser like Chrome.
