Learn how to add a cancellation policy to your Calendly events, ensuring clear communication with invitees about cancellations and rescheduling.
- From the Event types page, select the event you wish to update.
- Select More options at the bottom of the screen.
- Expand the Notifications and workflows section.
- Under Basic notifications, select the three vertical dotsnext to Calendar invitation/Email confirmation and then Edit.
- Scroll to the bottom to locate the Cancellation policy section and add your policy.
- (Recommended): To allow invitees to cancel and reschedule on their own behalf, ensure the checkbox is selectednext to the Include cancel and reschedule links in email invitations and reminders.
- Calendly will communicate your cancellation policy to invitees but is unable to enforce restrictions to cancellations or rescheduling based on your policy.
- Select Save and close.
