How to view Google calendar meetings in Calendly

See all your meetings in one place and use Calendly Notetaker for meetings scheduled from your connected Google calendar.

After you turn on this feature, meetings from your connected Google calendar will show up on your Calendly Meetings page. You’ll see the meeting name, location, and invitees.

Before you begin

• Only users who have Meeting Recaps turned on can see meetings from their connected calendar on the Meetings page. Learn more.
• Connect your Google calendar to Calendly to help Meeting Recaps import your meetings correctly.

View calendar meetings in Calendly

1. Go to your Meetings page.
2. Open the Filter dropdown.
3. Select View advanced filters.
4. Under Scheduling method, check Scheduled via your connected calendar.
5. Select Apply.
