Discover a consolidated view of all your meetings and unlock the power of Calendly Notetaker for meetings scheduled from your connected Google calendar.
Once you enable this feature, meetings scheduled from your connected Google calendar will appear in your Calendly Meetings page including meeting name, location, and invitees.
Before you begin
- Only users with Calendly Notetaker enabled are able to view meetings scheduled on a connected calendar from their Calendly Meetings page. For more information, see Calendly Notetaker overview.
- Owners and admins can choose who can enable or disable the Notetaker on their account.
It’s also encouraged you connect your Google calendar to Calendly to ensure the Notetaker can accurately import your meetings.
How to view calendar meetings in Calendly
- Go to your Meetings page.
- Open the Filter dropdown.
- Select View advanced filters.
- Check Scheduled via your connected calendar under Scheduling method.
- Select Apply.
