How to delete a group

When a group is no longer needed, it can be permanently deleted from your organization.

Before you begin

  • Once deleted, a group cannot be recovered.
  • Only owners and admins can delete a group; group admins cannot.
  • Deleting a group will not remove its members from your organization.
  • All Managed Events owned by the group will also be deleted.

Steps

  1. From any Calendly page, navigate to your Admin center, then select Groups.
  2. Select the group you want to delete.
  3. At the bottom of the page, select Delete group.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

After the group is deleted, members can be assigned to a different group as needed.
