When a group is no longer needed, it can be permanently deleted from your organization.
Before you begin
- Once deleted, a group cannot be recovered.
- Only owners and admins can delete a group; group admins cannot.
- Deleting a group will not remove its members from your organization.
- All Managed Events owned by the group will also be deleted.
Steps
- From any Calendly page, navigate to your Admin center, then select Groups.
- Select the group you want to delete.
- At the bottom of the page, select Delete group.
- Confirm the deletion.
After the group is deleted, members can be assigned to a different group as needed.
