You can share your availability with a contact by sending your scheduling link via email from your Gmail or Outlook account. Before you get started, make sure you have set up your Gmail or Outlook for Workflows integration.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Contacts page.
- Select Share availability next to the contact you want to meet with.
- Select the event type you'd like to schedule with your invitee, then select Next.
- In the From section, your connected Gmail or Outlook email account will be listed.
- (Optional) Edit the subject and body of your email.
- (Optional) Select the checkbox next to Include cancellation policy to add your event's cancellation policy.
- When done, select Send Email.
