Calendly assesses applicable taxes on subscriptions fees as required by local law. Depending on your location, you may be charged tax when purchasing a paid plan.
If your organization is a business, please enter your valid Tax ID and company information on your Billing page to ensure tax is not applied on future invoices. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that your address is accurate.
Steps:
- From your Calendly Home page, select Admin Center from the navigation panel.
- Within Organizational settings, select Billing.
- Under Tax Information, select Add information or Edit information.
- Enter or update your tax information.
- Select Add information or Save changes.
