How to add or edit your tax ID

Calendly assesses applicable taxes on subscriptions fees as required by local law. Depending on your location, you may be charged tax when purchasing a paid plan.

If your organization is a business, please enter your valid Tax ID and company information on your Billing page to ensure tax is not applied on future invoices. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that your address is accurate.

Steps:

  1. From your Calendly Home page, select Admin Center from the navigation panel.
  2. Within Organizational settings, select Billing.
  3. Under Tax Information, select Add information or Edit information.
  4. Enter or update your tax information.
  5. Select Add information or Save changes.
