Troubleshooting the mobile app

If you’re experiencing an issue, follow these steps:

Step 1 – Is everything up to date?

Make sure you’re running the latest version of the Calendly app and that your phone operating system is up to date.

Step 2 – Quit and reload the app

If everything is up to date, try quitting out of the app and reloading.

Step 3 – Restart your device

If reloading the app didn’t help, try restarting your device.

Step 4 – Check your internet connection

If restarting your device didn't help, check your internet connection or the strength of your mobile data connection.

Step 5 – Uninstall and reinstall the app

If restarting your device and checking your internet connection didn’t help, try uninstalling the app. Steps for different operating systems are below.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Locate the Calendly app, tap, and hold until it shakes or until a menu appears.

  2. Select Remove App to uninstall.

  3. Go to the Apple Store to reinstall the Calendly app and log in.

Android

  1. Go to Settings. Then, Apps.

  2. Select Calendly. Then, Uninstall.

  3. Go to the Google Play Store to reinstall the Calendly app and log in.
