Having trouble with the Calendly mobile app? Follow these step-by-step tips to fix common issues and get back to scheduling smoothly.
You may be seeing errors, crashing, or unexpected behavior. This can happen if your app or device is out of date, your internet connection is weak, or something went wrong with the installation.
Update your app and device
Make sure you're using the latest version of both the Calendly app and your device’s operating system.
Quit and relaunch the app
Close the Calendly app completely, then reopen it.
Restart your device
If restarting the app didn’t work, restart your phone to refresh system processes.
Check your internet connection
Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong mobile data signal.
Reinstall the app
If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Calendly app.
For iPhone and iPad:
- Tap and hold the Calendly app until it shakes or a menu appears.
- Select Remove App.
- Open the App Store, reinstall Calendly, and log in.
For Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Calendly.
- Tap Uninstall.
- Open the Google Play Store, reinstall Calendly, and log in.
Note
In the new Event Type editor, four fields—Confirmation Page, Payment, Free/Busy Rules, and Notifications/Workflows—do not show your actual settings. They show static text and are not updated to display the correct info based on what you set.
