If your domain is verified in Calendly, you can see all users with that domain. This list is available from the Domain Control tab in Organization Settings. When you generate the list, Calendly sends a .csv file to your email.
Before you begin
If you see users with your domain who aren’t part of your Calendly organization, this is a good time to invite them. Doing so gives:
- More visibility into how they use Calendly
- Enforcement of your SSO policies
- Access to Calendly’s Enterprise features, event types, and integrations
We recommend sorting the .csv by last event date. Invite users who have scheduled an event in the last 60 days. This helps you focus on active users and skip old or test accounts.
Invite users to your organization
- Copy the email addresses of users you want to add.
- Go to your Users page in the Admin center.
- Select + Invite Users.
- Paste the email addresses (separated by commas) into the field.
Note
Only users with solo accounts can join your organization through an invitation. For all other users, reach out to your Customer Success representative.
