When using Email confirmations as your notification method, Calendly sends notifications to invitees from notifications@calendly.com with your login email as the reply-to address.
If you'd like to hide your login email, you can choose the no-reply option.
How to use a "no-reply" email address
- From the Event types page, select the event you wish to edit.
- Select More options from the bottom of the editor.
- Expand the Notifications and workflows section.
- Next to Email confirmations, select the three vertical dots
and Edit.
- If you're using Calendar invitations, see How do I change my notification type?
- Under Reply-to address, expand the drop-down menu and choose No-reply address.
- Select Save & Close.
When messages are sent using a no-reply email address, a message appears at the bottom informing recipients that the email should not be used for a reply and is only intended for sending messages. If recipients do reply, the email is sent to an unmonitored email inbox and will not be received.
