How to hide your personal email (use a no-reply email address)

When using Email confirmations as your notification method, Calendly sends notifications to invitees from notifications@calendly.com with your login email as the reply-to address.

If you'd like to hide your login email, you can choose the no-reply option.

How to use a "no-reply" email address

  1. From the Event types page, select the event you wish to edit.
  2. Select More options from the bottom of the editor.
  3. Expand the Notifications and workflows section.
  4. Next to Email confirmations, select the three vertical dots Three vertical dots.png and Edit
  5. Under Reply-to address, expand the drop-down menu and choose No-reply address
  6. Select Save & Close.

When messages are sent using a no-reply email address, a message appears at the bottom informing recipients that the email should not be used for a reply and is only intended for sending messages. If recipients do reply, the email is sent to an unmonitored email inbox and will not be received.
