Use Calendly's language options to localize the scheduling experience for people meeting with you. Your booking page and all event notifications can be automatically translated to:
- French
- Spanish
- German
- Dutch
- Italian
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Ukrainian
Note
Calendly booking pages can be read by in-browser translation software such as Google Translate. This opens up the language options beyond the 7 above. However, as we have not natively created these translations, we cannot guarantee their accuracy.
How to change your invitee language
- From your Home page, select an existing event.
- From the event settings on the left-hand side, select the gear icon at the top next to the Share button.
- Select Change language.
- Select your preferred invitee language.
Beta
We've improved availability management and the event type editor, now in public beta for select users. If you're in the beta, check out this article to learn more.
For users in the beta, you can update your event type's language from your Home page. Select the gear icon on the event type you wish to update, then select Change language.
Once a new language has been selected, Calendly will localize the invitee's view and notifications moving forward.
Note
Any customizable text, such as the event type name, description or custom questions will not be translated and must be translated manually.
