How to edit your Available hours from the Availability page
Step 1 – Open your Availability page
- Locate and open the Calendly app on your mobile device.
- From the upper right-hand corner, select your Account icon.
- From Settings, select Availability.
- Select the schedule you wish to review and update the available hours for.

If you're in the beta, your Availability page will look a bit different. From here, you will be able to easily manage your:

Default schedule
- Manage the hours you're usually available for meetings.

Holidays
- Block off holidays that you observe across all your scheduling links.
To edit your schedule, select Default schedule.
Some users still have a 'Time Off' setting from an earlier version, but it will be removed on November 12th. Moving forward, you can easily block specific dates and times using Date-specific hours.
If you've set Time Off, make sure to update your unavailable dates in your Date-specific hours on the Availability page under Default schedule. You can also block the time in your connected calendar.

Step 2 – Edit your Available hours or Date overrides
You can choose to edit your available hours using either the Available hours view or the Date overrides view.
- Available hours is best for those who have recurring weekly availability.
- Date overrides is best for those who have date-specific availability.
Available hours

If you're in the beta, your 'Available hours' section will be titled Weekly hours.
- Select Available hours at the top of the page.

Select the box next to the day you wish to edit to update your available hours for that day.

To add multiple time intervals, select the plus sign next to the day you wish to edit.

To set a day as unavailable, deselect the day you wish to be unavailable from the days of the week at the top, under Available hours and Date overrides. The day of the week will be white to indicate that a day is set to unavailable. The day of the week will be blue to indicate a day is available.

From the top of the page, select Done to save your changes.
Note: If you edit a schedule from this page, please ensure it has been applied to all relevant event types. To apply your schedule to an event type, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Event type list, and select your Event Type.
2. Scroll down to Schedule section and select the schedule you would like to apply.
Date overrides

If you're in the beta, your 'Date overrides' section will be titled Date-specific hours.

Select Date overrides at the top of the page.

Select a date from the calendar to update the available hours.

Scroll to select the time intervals that you wish to be available on that date. Select Use these times to save the hours on that date.

Select the toggle button next to Mark me as unavailable this day to set that date as unavailable.

From the top of the page, select Done to save your changes.
How to edit your Available hours from an event type
You can edit the available hours for an event type directly from the event type itself.

From the Event types tab on the mobile app homepage, select the event type that you wish to edit the available hours for.

From the Event Type Details page select Days and Times to edit the available hours for this event.

From the Choose a schedule page, select a schedule to edit the available hours for one of your schedules that is already applied to this event. Select Custom Hours to set custom hours for this event type.
Note: If you edit a schedule from this page, your edits will apply to all event types that are using that schedule.
Beta
If you're in the beta, you'll be able to edit your schedule by following these steps:

From the Event types tab on the mobile app homepage, select the event type that you wish to edit the available hours for.

From the Event Type Details page, scroll down to Days and times and select Event type hours.

From there, you can choose to:
- Use your default schedule
- Review and edit your default schedule
- Use a custom schedule
- Review and edit your custom schedule
- Use your default schedule
