By default, Calendly shows a confirmation page to invitees after they book with you, where you can add clickable links to other websites.
With a paid Calendly subscription, you can skip this page and instantly redirect invitees to another website. Calendly can also send event details, like the event name and invitee info, to the new page.
A web developer can use this data to create custom thank-you pages or track site visits and conversions. For a list of details that can be added to the redirect URL, see Information you can send in the redirect URL.
To allow invitees to schedule recurring events
- From your Home page, select the event you wish to edit.
- Select More options.
- Expand the Confirmation Page section.
- At Links on confirmation page, under Schedule another event, set the toggle switch to the 'on' position.

Click Save changes.
To add a link to an event’s confirmation page
Note: If you subscribe to Calendly’s paid plans, you can perform this procedure. Upgrade now
- From your Home page, select the event you wish to edit.
- Select More options.
- Expand the Confirmation Page section.
- Click + Add new link, then enter a name for the link and the URL (web address, e.g. ”http://www.example.com”).
- To add additional links, repeat Step 4.

Click Save changes.

To redirect invitees after scheduling
Note: If you subscribe to Calendly’s paid plans, you can perform this procedure. Upgrade now
- From your Home page, select the event you wish to edit.
- Select More options.
- Expand the Confirmation Page section.

At After Booking, select Redirect to an external site.
- At Redirect URL, enter the web address you want to send invitees to.
- If you want to pass event information to the other site, select Pass event details to your redirected page.

Click Save changes.
Note: By selecting the "Pass event details..." then booking a test event, you will be able to see that event details will be added within the URL automatically on your redirected page.
