How to customize the event confirmation page

By default, Calendly shows a confirmation page after someone books with you. You can add clickable links to this page to help users schedule more events or visit other sites.

If you have a paid Calendly plan, you can skip the confirmation page and send invitees directly to a different website. Calendly can also pass event details—like the event name and invitee information—to the redirected page.

Let invitees schedule another event

  1. From your Home page, select the event you want to edit.
  2. Select More options.
  3. Expand the Confirmation Page section.
  4. Under Schedule another event, toggle the switch on.
  5. Select Save changes.

Add a link to the confirmation page

Paid plan required

  1. From your Home page, select the event you want to edit.

  2. Select More options.

  3. Expand the Confirmation Page section.

  4. Select + Add new link.

  5. Enter a name for the link and the website URL (e.g., https://www.example.com).

  6. To add more links, repeat step 4.

  7. Select Save changes.

You can use this option to direct invitees to helpful resources or product pages.

Redirect invitees after they book

Paid plan required

  1. From your Home page, select the event you want to edit.

  2. Select More options.

  3. Expand the Confirmation Page section.

  4. Under After Booking, choose Redirect to an external site.

  5. Enter the Redirect URL (the web address you want to send invitees to).

  6. To pass event details to the new page, check Pass event details to your redirected page.

  7. Select Save changes.
